卵巢低反应的中医证治思路和优势
TCM treatment idea and advantage of poor ovarian response
摘要
Abstract
Poor ovarian response(POR)is a pathological state of ovarian stimulation to the gonadotropin(Gn), which greatly reduces the success rate of assisted reproductive technology. Nowadays,the treatment methods of POR in modern medicine is to increase the dosage of Gn,to change the adjustment program or to use the hormone pretreat-ment,but it seems that we have not got the ideal clinical curative effect,and the side effect is relatively large. In recent years,Chinese medicine for the understanding and treatment of POR,to a large extent,have avoided the above prob-lems. Chinese mdicine use more invigorating the spleen and kidney,Ziyin Shugan prescription. It not only can improve the symptoms of patients,improve the success rate of assisted reproductive technology(Art),clinical pregnancy rate, but also fundamentally improve the fertility of women,explore womenˊs reproductive potential. Therefore,Chinese medi-cine in preventing and treating POR has great advantages and prospects,which can not be underestimated.关键词
