男性不育症病因探讨
Pathogenic factors of male infertility
摘要
Abstract
To summary the common pathogenic factors of male infertility to give some suggestions for clinicians in the area of diagnosis and treatment of male infertility. Summarized some internal and international literatures in recent 10 years,focused on the common causes of male infertility,and further analyzed these reasons. Key reasons of male ste-rility were abnormal semen,obstacle of sperm production,the sperm and egg and some endocrine factors,obstacle of sperm production was the most common factor among these factors. Discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of male in-fertility four aspects,and provided some theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment with male infertility,and supplied some suggestions to found the pathogenic factors more detailed,comprehensive and accurate in clinic.关键词
