华庭芳辨治系统性红斑狼疮
HUA Tingfang treating systemic lupus erythematosus based on syndrome differentiation
摘要
Abstract
Systemic lupus erythematosus is a kind of autoimmune disease which affects multi-organs,multi-systems, usually found on young women or children. The clinical features are similar to Chinese ancient records“Yang poison”“Hudiedan”“Arthromyodynia”“Wendufaban”etc. The famous doctor HUA Tingfang(from Longjiang Medical School)is engaged in medical research and application for 50 years,the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus has its own u-nique approach. He considers the basic pathogenesis as wind-heatpoison pathogen invasion,pulse collateral blood stasis, qi-yin consumption injured,for the treatment of heat-clearing and detoxicating,supplemented with blood-cooling and nourishyin,often with drugs shengdi,honeysuckle,honeysuckle,periostracum cicada,snake slough,angelica,baishao, danpi as the basic prescription. The clinical symptoms and duration of systemic lupus erythematosus are different. HUA Tingfang abided by“To disease as the present to command the syndrome and according to symptom change drug”,with treatment based on pattern differentiation and flexibility,although most drugs seem common,the patients get better soon.关键词
