中风病中经络急性期舌象分布规律研究
Distribution law of tongue in acute stage of stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution of tongue image in the acute stage of stroke patients. Meth-ods Prospective study of tongue image in 242 patients with acute stage of stroke. Results The tongue proper distri-bution:purplish(48. 3% ),deep-red(27. 7% ),reddened(11. 6% ),reddish(11. 2% ),pale white(1. 2% );tongue shape distribution:fat tongue or tooth marked tongue 68. 6% ,thin tongue 13. 6% ,prick tongue 12% ,fissured tongue 5. 8% ;tongue coating distribution:white thick and greasy 49. 2% ,thin white 16. 1% ,thin yellow 16. 1% ,yellow thick and greasy 14. 9% ,white thick 2. 1% ,yellow thick 1. 7% ;sublingual vein distribution is:increase crude tortu-osity 69% ,an increase of coarse tortuosity accompanied by tongue petechia and ecchymosis 15. 3% ,11. 2% of pete-chia petechiae,normal 4. 5% . Conclusion Stroke meridian in the acute phase of basic disease machine for phlegm and blood stasis,blood stasis blocking brain,sputum heat Fu empirical phlegm heat Fushi for stroke in early onset of meridian(7 days)of common syndromes. Clinical diagnosis and treatment of apoplexy should pay attention to for pa-tients with tongue of inspecting and sifted the tongue proper,tongue shape,tongue coating and sublingual vein chan-ges.关键词
