清化痰湿联合外治法治疗粉刺性乳痈OACSTPCD
Treatment of acen mastitis based on clearing phlegm-dampness and external treatment
目的：探讨清化痰湿方联合外治法治疗粉刺性乳痈的临床疗效。方法对98例采用清化痰湿法治疗的粉刺性乳痈患者进行回顾性研究，观察其临床疗效并进行随访。结果98例患者平均创口愈合时间为31.3 d，总复发率3.37％。结论目前粉刺性乳痈的发病机制尚不明确，若临床上患者见体态丰腴、苔白厚腻等，辨证为痰湿症者，即可采用清化痰湿法联合外治法治疗，清热燥湿、散结消肿。清化痰湿方合外治法治疗粉刺性乳痈具有良好的临床疗效，且复发率低。
