宝消髒方联合拉米夫定治疗乙肝后肝硬化（肝郁脾虚型）的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shibao Xiaozheng Recipe based on the theory of Liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency in patients with liver cirrhosis caused hepatitis B virus. Methods The 144 cases of liver cirrhosis caused hepatitis B virus were randomly divided into two groups. There were 72 patients in control group were treated with lamivudine and the treatment group was additionally given Shibao Xiaozheng recipe and lamivudine. The treatment lasted for 3 months. Before and after treatments were used to detect liver function and level of liver fibro-sis,the main clinical symptoms and signs were graded scoring,to determine efficacy. Results Shibao Xiaozheng reci-pe combination lamivudine can obviously reduce the patientˊs level of ALT,AST,PT and PC-III,LN,HA,improve the level of total protein. In the ease of modern depression,languid,loose stools,belching,breast tenderness,or agglomerate symptoms aspects,such as,its effect is superior to lamivudine plus placebo(P < 0. 05). To improve the symptoms of fatigue,the whole body,activities and quality of life aspects,such as anxiety,its effect is superior to lamivudine plus placebo(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shibao Xiaozheng recipe combination lamivudine in improving liver function,liver fi-brosis,TCM symptoms and quality of life in patients with liver cirrhosis was better than that of lamivudine plus placebo.关键词
