重症监护室专科护士实践培养状况的调查与评价
Investigation and evaluation on practical training situation of ICU specialist nurses

Abstract
s Objective:To understand the practical training status of ICU specialist nurses in two typical regions Shanghai and Anhui province,and to investigate assessments of ICU specialist nurses on practical training for providing references for form a better practical training program.Methods:A self made questionnaire was given to survey 200 ICU specialist nurses who had finished training program in Shanghai or Anhui province.Results:ICU specialist nurses mainly trained a short term training of two months to five months carried out outside the hospital,mostly at comprehensive ICU.The clinical supervisors included specialist nurses,clinical teachers and head nurses;training methods included nursing ward round,lectures and trial lecture by students.The ability of teachers got a high evaluation by students,while the content,evaluation methods and the reflect of nurses’spe-cialist core competence during practical training were low evaluated.Conclusion:Practical training ICU specialist nurse has formed a certain scale systems,but practice content and evaluation methods should be improved.How to reflect the core competencies of professional nurses in the practice remains to be explored further.关键词
