以核心胜任力为导向的《妇产科护理学》教学实践及启示
Teaching Practice and Enlightenment of “Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Science”core competence oriented education
摘要
Abstract
Objectives:To investigate the cultivation for nursing students’core competency by variety teaching methods of“Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Science”.Methods:94 nursing students of 2012 year in nursing school were included in our research.Through the teaching methods of group reports,problem based learning (PBL)teaching methods and the use of advanced simulation of human Siman in the experimental teaching,we investigated the nursing students’perception and cognition of the core competence in the teaching process by a self made questionnaire.Results:The nursing students’feedback for the core competence oriented education is good,most nursing students get recognition.Conclusion:The core competence oriented education of Obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching is good to cultivate the core competence of nursing students,and also help to promote the development of various forms of teaching reform activities.关键词
