社区中风恢复期病人中医护理技术应用调查及影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective:To understand the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)nursing technology application sit-uation of patients in stroke recovery in the community and explore its influencing factors.Methods:Investigate 136 nursing staff and 64 patients in stroke recoveryusing the questionnaires distributed to community nurses and stroke patients during rehabilitation to know the present working states of the TCM nursing.Results:All the 1 3 6 nursing staff agreed to promote the TCM nursing technologies in the community,the agreement rate is 100%;all the nursing staff was willing to take the TCM nursing technology training,the willingness rate is 100%.Theinfluential factors of executing TCM nursing technologies including six types,in which the most seri-ous one was nurses have a bad mastery of the technology (23.32%).87.50% of the 64 patientswere willing to seek medical treatment in the community hospital.Conclusion:The patients in stroke recoveryare willing to seek medical treatment in the community hospital,while the community hospital cannot provide enough TCM nurs-ing rehabilitation care to meet the patients ’need.We should enhance the skill level of community nurses, strengthen TCM training,and mobilizetheir working enthusiasm to promote the TCM community nursing.关键词
