序贯化运动干预在急性脑梗死偏瘫病人中的应用
Application of sequential exercise intervention for acute cerebral infarction patients complicated with hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of sequential exercise intervention for acute cerebral in-farction patients complicated with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 160 cases of inpatients with acute cerebral in-farction in department of neurology were divided into two groups:control group and observation group,80 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine nursing care in department of neurology.The patients in observation group received the sequential exercise intervention besides the routine nursing,and then to compare the compliance of muscle strength recovery and rehabilitation training of two groups.Results:Recovery of muscle strength in observation group was much significant than that in control group(P<0.05).The compliance of re-habilitation training in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The application effect of sequential exercise intervention for acute cerebral infarction patients complicated with hemiplegia was significant.The sequential exercise intervention can significantly improve complionce of re-babihtation training.关键词
