路径化健康教育对机械性心脏瓣膜置换术病人自我护理能力的影响
Influence of path health education on self care ability of patients with mechanical heart valve replacement

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of path health education on self care ability of patients with me-chanical heart valve replacement(MHVR).Methods:A total of 96 patients with MHVR were randomly divided into pathway group and routine group,the patients in two groups received path health education and routine health education respectively.Self care ability of patients in both groups was evaluated by using nursing ability measurement scale before surgery,after surgery and 3 months after discharge.Results:After the intervention,the total score of self care ability and the 4 dimensions scores were statistically significant at the discharge and 3 months after discharge (P<0.05).At the discharge,the total score of self care ability,self responsibility,self concept and health knowledge level in three dimensions were compared between both groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after discharge,the self care ability score and four dimensions scores were compared between both groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The enhancement effect of path health education was better than that of routine health education for self care ability of patients with MHVR.关键词
