极低出生体重儿父母照顾体验的质性研究
Qualitative study on care experience of parents of very low birth weight infants
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the feeling of caregivers of low birth weight infants,so as to explore the ways to promote the physical and mental health of caregivers.Methods:A total of 1 1 caregivers of VLBW infants re-ceived a semi structured interview by the phenomenological research method in qualitative research.The phe-nomenological analysis method was used to analyze the data.Results:The 5 subj ects on feeling of caregivers were gained with the method of class analysis:overweight psychological burden,bearing stress and pain,the in-fluence of personal life,the role of continuous adaptation,and the realization of self value in the care activities. Conclusion:In the study and concern about the health of VLBW infants the pressure and related issues of care-givers should not be ignored,and effective interventions should be provided to help caregivers.关键词
