食管癌放疗病人协同化营养支持护理服务链干预效果观察
Observation on intervention effect of cooperative nutrition support nursing service chain for esophageal cancer pa-tients undergoing radiotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of cooperative nutrition support nursing service chain for esophageal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 5 3 cases of esophageal cancer pa-tients undergoing radiotherapy who treated from December 2014 to January 2014 were selected as the control group,a total of 53 cases of esophageal cancer patients treated from December 2015 to January 2015 as the ob-servation group.Patients in control group were given routine nutritional support,and the patients in observation group received the cooperative nutrition support nursing service chain.After intervention,the nutritional status, adverse reaction remission rate and quality of life were compared between both groups.Results:The nutritional evaluation indexes of patients in observation group were significantly better than those in control group.The o-verall health status and functional area score of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group.Symptom domain scores of patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group.The remission rate of adverse reactions of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cooper-ative nutrition support nursing service chain applied in nutritional support nursing practices of the patients with radiotherapy could significantly improve the effectiveness of nutritional support of patients and reduce the de-gree of adverse effects after radiotherapy,improve the quality of life.关键词
