综合护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆漏病人中的应用
Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with bile leakage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with bile leakage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 60 cases with bile leakage after laparoscopic gallbladder were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each.The patients in control group received the routine care,and the patients in observation group received the comprehensive nurs-ing interventions based on the routine care.Then to compare the postoperative drainage volume,bile leakage stopping time,clinical treatment effect (recovery and discharge,re operation treatment and clinical death)and the length of stay between both groups after 48 hour.Results:The drainage amount of patients in observation group was basically normal,and was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Bile leakage stop-ping time of patients in observation group was significantly faster than that in control group(P<0.05).The cured discharge rate of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The proportion of surgical treatment of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in con-trol group(P<0.05).Hospital stay of patients in observation group was significantly shorter than that in con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention could significantly reduce the time of bile leakage,shorten the length of stay and improve the prognosis of patients with bile leakage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.关键词
