Abstract
Objective:This study aimed to modify the preparation process of Compound Cortex Powder to facilitate the use of this medication. Method:Compound Cortex Powder which number were from 40 mesh to 120 mesh were produced. Twenty bottle nozzles were selected randomly, and their inside diameter were measured. In the same environment, the bot-tles will be extruded 20 times by the same method. The sprayed powder was weighed with electronic balance. Result: The inside diameter of nozzles were 0.86 mm, 0.88 mm, 0.90 mm and 0.92 mm, which suitable powder mesh were 110 mesh (s2=6.00E-05), 80 mesh (s2=7.36E-05), 40 mesh (s2=2.01E-04) and 40 mesh (s2=2.5 E-05). Conclusion:Reagent speci-fication recommended for clinical use is the nozzle of 0.86 mm inside diameter,110 mesh in powder mesh.关键词
