摘要
Abstract
Objective:To contrast Metapex and zipp paste immediate and long-term results when used as filling material in primary teeth root. Method:Select from Mar. 2011 to Jul. 2013 in our hospital diagnosed as apical periodontitis with fistula 97 cases (108 deciduous molars) in children.Randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Experimental group with 55 teeth Vitapex paste root canal filling,and the control group 53 primary molars with zipp oxide paste iodoform root canal.To Compare 2 weeks, 1 year and 2 years after the efficacy and analyzed. Result:The 2 weeks success rate in the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the success rate of 1 year (P > 0.05). The 2 year success rate of the experimental group is better than the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Metapex paste in the treatment of deciduous teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis sinus has good curative effect, is an ideal material for root canal filling.关键词
