口腔颌面部间隙感染疗效的影响因素分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of treatment efficacy in oral and maxillofacial space infection. Method:From Jul 2009 to Jul 2015, 110 patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection were chosen in this study. Us-ing antibiotics and other standard treatment, the influencing factors of treatment efficacy in oral and maxillofacial space in-fection were observed. Result: The treatment efficacy of oral and maxillofacial space infection influencing factors are also independent risk factors which inchuded etiology, comorbidity, white blood cell count (≥20 × 109/L), length of hospital stay(≥14 d), involving the number of gaps(>2), bacterial growth, combined with antibiotics(P<0.05),and whic were in-dependent of sex, age and nation (P>0. 05). Conclusion: The influencing factors of oral and maxillofacial space infection treatment efficacy which are closely associated with,such as the disease itself,aseptic operation and so on.关键词
