摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of general anesthesia in the treatment of children's dental diseases. Method:59 children aged from 4 to 12 who needed oral treatment were randomly divided into two groups, that were sever-al follow-up visits by binding force of oral treatment and one-visit under the condition of general anesthesia. Then the clini-cal efficacy of two groups were compared. Result:Application of general anesthesia in the treatment of children without co-operation had shorten visiting time, improve the clinical quality and oral health condition, decrease the rate of secondary caries and restoration falling, relief children's dental fear and anxiety which may strength the treatment adherence(P<0.05). Conclusion:Applying general anesthesia for one-visit oral disease treatment to children without cooperation could have high efficacy with short time, which could relief children's dental fears and anxiety so as to protect children's mental health and improve the clinical compliance.关键词
