含水率对温185核桃静压力学性能的影响
Effect of Moisture Content on Mechanical Properties of Wen-185 Walnut under Static Pressure

Abstract
To provide basic data for mechanical design of walnut cracking machine, Wen-185 walnuts were selected as research samples, the static compression test of walnut was carried out with the texture analyzer under the different drying treatments. In order to study the effect of moisture content on the mechanical properties of walnut, the data were analyzed by Matlab and Origin software. The results showed that moisture content of walnut was basically stable after drying 8 h;At the same loading conditions, the load-deformation curve shape of walnut was similar under the different loading direction. There was no obvious biological yield point on the curve except for the longitudinal direction. When the shell was forced to damage, it exhibited a certain brittleness and no extension. The initial rupture force and compression deformation of walnut both increased with the increase in the moisture content. The initial rupture force and compression deformation were minimum when the force was loaded on the suture line of the sample with moisture content of 3.24%, and the minimum initial rupture force and compression deformation was 52.41 N and 0.39 mm, respectively. The initial rupture force and compression deformation were maximum when the force was loaded on the dot being transverse direction of the sample with the moisture content of 12.99%, and the maximum initial rupture force and compression deformation was 200.19 N and 1.42 mm, respectively. By analyzing the relationship between the moisture content and the strain energy during the deformation, it could be obtained that the walnut shell easily cracked from the sutured direction to load. The results could provide the practical knowledge for developing the walnut cracking machinery.关键词
