摘要

Abstract

For study the mulberry shoot reaper, in this paper, the universal testing machine is used to study on the shearing, compression, bending and tensile of mulberry shoot during the autumn cutting period and research separately the influence of sampling position, diameter and varieties on the mechanical properties of mulberry shoot. The results showed that the sampling position had notable influence on all target values, what was more, all target values reduced along with the sampling position from bottom to up, except for the bark’s maximum tensile and tensile strength, which increased along with the sampling position from bottom to up;Mulberry shoot of the Husang 32, of which the maximum average of unit diameter of maximum shearing force and shearing strength was 80.65±1.39 N/mm and 7.03±0.17 MPa respectively, the maximum average of maximum axial stress and axial compressive strength was 3.31±0.15 kN, 19.12±0.36 MPa respectively, the maximum average of maximum radial stress and radial compressive strength was 0.96±0.05 kN, 8.84±0.15 MPa respectively, the maximum average of maximum bending force and bending strength was 0.21±0.01 kN, 43.93±0.17 MPa respectively, the maximum average of maximum tensile force and tensile sstrength was 1.71±0.12 kN, 79.00±3.72 MPa respectively, the maximum average of bark's maximum tensile force and bark's tensile strength was 0.21±0.05 kN, 98.35±13.21 MPa respectively. Diameter only had an effect on shearing strength (0.01<P<0.05), the maximum value was 10.20±1.25 MPa, appeared in less than 10 mm in diameter; variety had a significant influence on the shearing strength, axial compressive strength, bending strength and tensile strength, the maximum shearing strength was 8.47±0.52 MPa, occured at the bottom of the 7946, the maximum axial compressive strength, bending strength, tensile strength at the bottom were 22.40±0.87 MPa, 46.82±1.16 MPa, 63.57±5.18 MPa, appeared in the Nongsang 14.
