摘要

Abstract

It is an effective way to slot or punch on a plain fin surface for improving heat conduction performance. This paper obtained the variation laws of resistance and heat conduction coefficient with the frontal velocity outside a pipe bundle of a radiator with slotted fins from the numerical simulation for flow heat conduction characteristics of typical air-cooled pipe bundle and got a no-causal fitting relationship expression between the friction factor and Nusselt number versus Reynolds number. The results showed that air could make the effect on heat exchange resistance with the increase of the frontal velocity in a certain extent but the increased range in heat exchange was greater than pressure drop. There is a better consistence between simulation and experiment.
