摘要
Abstract
An eco-friendly building is a popular construction style to pay attention to the combination with building, environment and society, therefore it is important to estimate the cost of building. This paper firstly analyzed the components of eco-friendly building and their function with the principal component analysis and then established the cost estimation model of eco-friendly building in life cycle with the methods of fuzzy recognition and Monte Roca Law in order to provide a basis for investors when they were making decision of eco-friendly building.关键词
