Study on chemical constituents of Maackia amurensis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Maackia amurensis Rupr.et Maxim.Methods The com-pounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH -20 column chromatography.The structures of the com-pounds were elucidated by NMR and mass spectrometry analysis.Results Seven compounds were isolated and their struc-tures were established as (-)-cytisine(1 ),(-)-N -methylcytisine(2),(-)-N -ethylcytisine(3),N -methylene-hydroxycytisine(4),(-)-N -(2 -oxopyrrolidinomethyl)cytisine(5),di -O -methyldaidzein(6),formononetin -7 -O-β-D -apiofuranosy -(1 →6)-β-D -glucopyranoside(7).Conclusion Compound 3 and 4 were obtained from Maackia genus for the first time.Compound 5 were obtained from Maackia amurensis Rupr.et Maxim.for the first time.关键词
