摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the anti -inflammatory action of Yanyanqing Dropping Pill and the expression of IL -1 β,IL -6,TNF -αin acute pharyngitis model rats.Methods Ear swelling model in mice induced by xylene and foot swelling model in rats induced by albumen were chosen to investigate the anti -inflammatory action of Yanyanqing Dropping Pill;Acute pharyngitis model rats induced by 1 5% ammonia were administrated with Yanyanqing Dropping Pill to investi-gate the change of the contents of IL -1 β,IL -6,TNF -α.Results Yanyanqing Dropping Pill can significantly against the mouse ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene,can significantly inhibit the toes swelling of rats caused by formaldehyde, and change of the contents of IL -1 β,IL -6,TNF -αin acute pharyngitis model rats.Conclusion Yanyanqing Dropping Pill displayed significant effects on acute pharyngitis model rats.关键词
