制川乌与瓜蒌不同比例配伍前后生物碱成分分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the changing tendency of alkaloids in Aconiti Cocta Radix combined with Trichosanthes Fructus in different ratios,provide the scientific of incompatibility while elaborate the material basis of compatibility.Meth-ods HPLC was adopted to analyze the content changes of alkaloids in different ratios of compatibility of Aconiti Cocta Ra-dix.Results The change of quantities of chemical composition was obvious before and after compatibility.When Snakeg-ourd Fruit weight was within a certain range,single ester type alkaloid decreased with increment of Snakegourd Fruit ratio;Single ester type alkaloid content had a rising trend when Snakegourd Fruit weight increased to a certain amount.Double es-ter alkaloid content decreased with the increment of Snakegourd Fruit ratio.Conclusion After the compatibility of Aconiti Cocta Radix combined with Trichosanthes Fructus,benzoyl class alkaloid content first reduced with the increase of Snakeg-ourd Fruit weight and had increasing trend when Snakegourd Fruit weight continued to increase;Aconitum class alkaloid content reduced with the increase of Snakegourd Fruit weight which contradicts the traditional Chinese medicine "Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments"description indicating compatibility of Trichosanthes Fructus and Aconiti Cocta Radix was com-patible,or even if it was incompatible,was not caused by aconitum class alkaloid.关键词
