摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the antioxidant activity of marine mollusk Mytilus edulis in vitro.Methods After the Mytilus edulis were homogenated,hexane,ethyl acetate,chloroform,butanol,water were used separately to extract,and the antioxidant activity of the mussel extraction were tested,compared with two synthetic antioxidants gallic acid and ascorbic acid.Results The ethyl acetate extracts showed high antioxidant activity at a concentration of 1 0 ~80 μg·mL -1 ,the rise of concentration contributed to the increasing antioxidant capacity,which was getting closer to gallic acid and ascorbic acid. Conclusion Mytilus edulis extracts showed significant antioxidant activity,which related largely to the concentration of the extracts.关键词
