不同产地金果榄药材中古伦宾含量测定
Determination of columbin in Radix Tinosporae from different origins
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the qualities of columbin in Radix Tinosporae.Methods Separations were carried out on a C1 8 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm)by gradient elution with acetonitrile -water(40∶60),the detection wave-length was 21 0 nm,the flow rate was 1 .0 mL·min -1 ,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The contents of columbin in all herbs were in accordance with the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and herbs from Chongqing,Chong-zuo,Hanzhong and Wanyuan exhibited a higher level of columbin compared to those from other origins.Conclusion This test can provide some useful information for the selection and application of Radix Tinosporae.关键词
