摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a RP -HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Xiaoyin Gran-ules.Methods The analysis was performed on a Zorbax SB -C1 8 column with acetonitrile -0.4% phosphoric acid (1 2∶88)as mobile phase.The detection wavelengh was 327 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.094 7 ~0.568 0 μg (r =0.999 9)and the average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 99.79%,RSD =1 .86%(n =6).Conclusion The method was simple and highly accurate,and can be used for determi-ning the content of chlorogenic acid in Xiaoyin Granules.关键词
