Abstract
Objective To prepare Sodium Picosulfate Film -coated Tablets,and carry on the quality appraisal.Meth-ods Sodium Picosulfate Film -coated Tablets were prepared by means of wet granulation.The results of content uniformi-ty,dissolution,content and influence factors tests (high temperature,high moisture and bright light)of Sodium Picosulfate Film -coated Tablets were investigated by HPLC.Results The linear range of sodium picosulfat was 4.006 4 ~1 40.224μg·mL -1 (r =0.999 4).The average recovery of sodium picosulfate was 99.51 %(RSD =1 .1 9%).In the influence fac-tors test,the results showed that there was no differences in the appearance,content and dissolution.Conclusion The prep-aration technique was reasonable and practicable,the standard was controllable.关键词
