Abstract
Objective To assess the role of rational drug monitoring system in the rational drug use of children′s hospi-tal and improve the pharmacy service of hospital.Methods Collected the prescriptions of April 201 6 monitored by rational drug monitoring system,to evaluate and analyze the rationality,and propose improvement measures and recommendations. Results The proportion of unreasonable prescriptions monitored by rational drug monitoring system was 1 5.58%.The prob-lems were mainly children with caution,drug interactions and repeated drug use.Some of the information was meaningless. Conclusion Rational drug monitoring system played an important role in improving the pharmacy service of hospital,but there were still some limitations and the system need further improvement.关键词
