信息流重构方法在国家标准制修订管理中的应用
Application of Information Stream Reconstruction in National Standards Development and Revision
摘要
Abstract
The management system of national standards development and revision has realized the whole process management which covers 8 stages from standard plan to standard revocation. The performance of the system is directly related to whether the development and revision of national standards is efficient and reliable or not. This article takes the approval stage of national standards development and revision management as an example, analyses the business process and information stream, then applies the method of information stream reconstruction to guide business process recombination, to realize the system optimizing and improve the efficiency of development and revision of standards.关键词
