Analysis on Thorough Elaboration on Technical Standard Differentiation for Electric Power Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
The paper evaluates the impact of duplication and intermingle of technical standards for electric power enterprises. Besides, it presents the principle of differential elaboration and its method and process to thoroughly compare the differentiated standards in a flexible and fast manner, providing a basis for coordination of standard differentiation. The research result can prevent multi-source standards and to the greatest extent ensure coordination and consistence of technical standards among different professions of power enterprises and enhance the standards carrying-out and implementation.关键词
