Abstract
The evaluation of technical standard is an important instruction of standardization reform. But the research of the corresponding method is not good enough until now. In this paper, an evaluation method of the implementation of technical standard is established based on the Process Analysis method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. As the main clue, the implementation process is analyzed. And then the indicator system and the corresponding weight and evaluation factor are established. This method is available for the identification of implementation problems and technical standards' problem. And then the enterprise can improve its implementation capability and the technical standard's quality.关键词
