Abstract
GPA is the WTO international trade agreement in public procurement. This paper analyses the terms and definitions of the offering and withdrawing standards in WTO, GPA and related cases, and discusses the differences of the offering and withdrawing standards, providing some proposals about China's GPA offerings.关键词
