Development and application progress on theoretical domains framework
摘要
Abstract
More and more research suggests that the research of occupational behavior of medical staff and the establishment of clinical intervention should be based on scientific theory.But the existing theories of psychol-ogy were various,and many theories contained overlapping or similar theoretical structure,which makes it diffi-cult for clinical researchers to choose the appropriate theoretical framework guiding the research.The theoretical framework integrated and classified lots of psychological theory and contained structure,in order to probe into influencing factors and predict change of behavior from different levels for researchers.关键词
