妈妈课堂在哮喘患儿屋尘螨特异性免疫治疗中的应用
Application of mother class in specific immunotherapy of house dust mite for asthmatic children
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into application effect of mother class in specific immunotherapy of house dust mite for asthmatic children.Methods:A total of 130 children with allergic asthma in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,6 5 cases in each group.All patients were treated with specific immunotherapy,and treatment circle was 1 5 weeks.The patients in control group only received routine nursing and health education during the treatment,the mother class was set up for health education for the patients in treatment group during the treatment,and then to compare curative effect,treatment compli-ance,serum IL 10 content,peak expiratory flow (PEF)rate and forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1 )of patients between both groups.Results:After treatment,the curative effect,treatment compliance,se-rum IL 10 content,PEF value and FEV1 value of ill children in treatment group were higher than those in con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mother class could improve the compliance of asthma children with house dust mite to specific immunotherapy,and promote the expression of IL 10 in serum,improve lung function,and then to improve the curative effect.关键词
