我国养老护理员培训研究现状的文献分析
Literature analysis of status quo of aged care worker training in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the literatures about the status quo of aged care worker training in China,to provide the basis for the implementation and reform of teaching of aged care worker training.Methods:the lit-eratures on aged care worker training and education were searched for in the Chinese science and technology journals database,Chinese journal full text database and the Wanfang full text database up to June 2015,and to analyze the literatures by using literature measurement and content analysis.Results:A total of 80 literatures were found out,which were from vocational and technical schools,health schools,colleges and universities,hos-pitals and other units.The main literature type was the descriptive study,qualitative research and experimental research were fewer.Conclusion:The research on aged care worker training has been paid more and more atten-tion,and the training content and training methods have gradually been concerned,but the specific training con-tent,professional access mode and the professional road still need to be studied further.关键词
