Effects of different factors on suspension cell growth of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium willd
摘要
Abstract
To obtain bioactive components from Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd using suspension cells,the effects of inocu-lum size,dissolved oxygen and methyl jasmonate(MJ)on suspension cell growth were investigated and a rapid suspension cell growth system of B.scorzonerifolium Willd was established.The results showed that the optimal condition for suspension cultures was MS medium 100 mL,callus 2.0 g and MJ 22.5 mg·L-1 in a 250 mL flask.The study indicated the suspension cell cultures was efficiently promoted by the optimized inoculum size,medium volume and concentration of MJ.It can lay a foundation for further investigation on bioactive compounds of B.scorzonerifolium Willd.关键词
