摘要

Abstract

At present a lot of research are exploring using ozone water to sterilization of nutrient solution,and achieved positive results.However the research is lack that what effect on crop growth and physiological by using residual ozone nutrient solution.Therefore the experimental design used 2.0 mg·L-1 and 4.0 mg·L-1 ozone water to irrigate lettuce, tested its root antioxidant enzyme activity and MDA content after 10,20 and 30 days,then compared with the control group (CK,Ozone concentration is 0 mg·L-1 )and analysis of stress reaction by different concentration of ozone.Ex-perimental results showed:The 2.0 mg·L-1 ozone water did not produce stress on lettuce;4.0 mg·L-1 ozone water could improve the lettuce SOD and POD activity,MDA content was significantly increased after ten days,but had no effect on the yield of lettuce.Therefore,using the nutrient solution contains 4.0 mg·L-1 and lower concentration of ozone water to irrigation lettuce is safe and feasible.
