不同品种猕猴桃总酚含量与清除自由基能力相关性研究
The correlation study between total phenolic content of different varieties kiwi fruit and the ability of scavenging free radical

Abstract
Comparing the total phenol content and ability of scavenging free radical of 10 different varieties of kiwi fruit, the kiwi fruit peel and flesh total phenolic content and DPPH free radical scavenging ability was measured,analysed the correlation between the total phenol content and scavenging free radical capacity..Results showed:10 varieties of kiwi fruit peel total phenol content was about 8~1 6 times to kiwi flesh total phenol content,while the scavenging free radi-cal ability of kiwi fruit peel total phenol extract solution was higher than the flesh,the strongest radical scavenging of kiwi fruit peel DPPH was Huangjinguo,Hayward was the weakest,total phenolic content and its antioxidant capacity correlation coefficient was r =0.78.The strongest radical scavenging of kiwi fruit flesh DPPH was Jinkui,Hayward was the weakest,total phenolic content and its antioxidant capacity correlation coefficient was r=0.85.Finally,the an-tioxidant activity of the kiwi fruit was closely related to the phenolic compounds.关键词
