摘要

Abstract

In order to identify and understand the change of element and mechanisms of the observed coloration in ex-change water at the Exchange organically tritium (E-OBT)elimination stage,several crops were taken as samples and a CHNS elemental analyser,UV-Vis spectrophotometer and infrared spectrometer were used.The samples,under their solid form,were taken before and after labile exchange for elemental analysis purposes.At the same time the ex-change waters were stored until UV-spectrophotometry measurements.The results showed that the element analysis indicate that the elemental composition of solid samples could occur during the labile exchange,but the difference of H percentage between before and after labile exchange has little.Moreover,it gives first ideas on which molecule could be solubilised.This trend is confirmed through UV-spectrophotometric analysis where bands are observed for wavelength characteristics of proteins,amino acids,nucleic acids.By infrared analysis,it could be got the conclusion that some a-mount of organic compounds containing C and H dissolved into the soak solution during the process of soaking,and it may be to causing the loss of organic matter and H atoms.The techniques used here only provide the rough determina-tion of the type of molecules solubilised along the labile exchange and haven’t got the resolution to identify the solu-bilised species on the E-OBT elimination stage.It will be require the use of other advanced analytical tools to complete the identification of soluble molecules in the near future.
