Study on the Relationship between Manganese Superoxide Dismutase Gene Variants and the Levels of Blood Lipid and Homocysteine
目的探讨锰超氧化物歧化酶（Mn-SOD）9 Ala／Val基因多态性与血脂和同型半胱氨酸（HCY）水平的关系。方法应用测序法检测137例冠心病患者和85例对照组的 Mn-SOD 9 Ala／Val基因多态性的基因型，应用比色法检测血清总超氧化物歧化酶（T-SOD）和 Mn-SOD活性，应用终点法测定血清胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平，应用酶法测定血清 HCY水平。结果冠心病…查看全部>>
