软坚清脉颗粒治疗肢体动脉硬化性闭塞症临床研究

摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the clinical effects of Ruanjian Qingmai grain on arteriosclerosis obliterans. [Methods] One hundred and sixty cases of hospitalized patients of arteriosclerosis obliterans were randomly divided into two groups, the control group oral Tongmai grain, the experimental group was treated with Ruanjian Qingmai grain. The curative effect of two groups were compared after the treatment. [Results] The efficiency was significantly higher than the experimental group after treatment, and the total effective rate was 92.50%in the experimental group, and 82.50%in the control group. [Conclusion] Ruanjian Qingmai grain has the effect of lowering and improve vascular systolic and diastolic function, protect endothelial cells, the establishment of collateral circulation, improve blood circulation of the limbs.关键词
