尿CTGF检测对早期糖尿病肾病的诊断意义及保元胶囊的干预作用
Diagnostic value of the detection of urinary connective tissue growth factor to early diabetic nephropathy and intervention effect of Baoyuan capsules
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To discuss the diagnostic value of the detection of urinary connective tissue growth factor to early diabetic nephropathy and the intervention effect of Baoyuan capsules. [Methods] To choose stage 1~3 diabetic nephropathy (DN) patients from our hospital for study and establish the normal control group. In the third month, the levels of urinary CTGF, UAER, SCr and Ccr were detected before and after treatments in each group. [Results] As compared to the stage 1 DN patients, the levels of urinary CTGF and SCr were elevated significantly in the stage 2 DN patients (P﹤0.05), but no significant differences about the level of UAER between the two groups(P﹥0.05), and the levels of urinary CTGF, UAER and SCr were elevated significantly in the stage 3 DN patients(P﹤0.01) and the levels of Ccr in both of them were decreased significantly (P﹤0.01). After the treatments in the stage 2 and 3 DN patients, the levels of urinary CTGF and UAER were decreased significantly(P﹤0.01) and that of Ccr were improved significantly(P﹤0.01). [Conclusion] It has the important value to detect the level of urinary CTGF for diagnostic the early DN. Baoyuan capsules could decrease the level of the urinary CTGF, that may be one of the renal protection mechanisms to early DN.关键词
