摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the miniaturized Low-Temperature Cofired Ceramic ( LTCC) inductor and capacitor model are established to meet the demand for miniaturization of microwave equipment.An L-band lumped band-pass chip filter with embedded LTCC inductor and capacitor is designed.An X-band strip line LTCC band-pass filter is also designed for high-frequency applications.The modeling and simulation of the filters are made by using electromagnetic simulation software ANSYS HFSS,and then test is performed after the filters are implemented.The results show that the insertion loss of the L-band LTCC band pass filter is not more than 2.5 dB and its size is 6 mm×3 mm×1.1 mm;while the insertion loss of the X-band LTCC band pass filter is not more than 3 dB and its size is 3.1 mm× 2 mm×1.1 mm only.
