摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of spectrum resource allocation in satellite communication system for cognitive users covered by a heterogeneous network with multiple satellite networks,this paper studies the algorithm of allocating spectrum based on graph theory.The system model of cognitive satellite communication according to multi⁃cognitive users is set up,and the framework of the model and the spectrum allocation program are analyzed.With reference to the priority of users and the earnings of networks,this paper proposes some improved algorithms to allocate spectrum.The relevant simulation result shows that these improved algorithms can be available,which provides theoretical foundation for spectrum allocation in cognitive satellite communication.
