摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of serum 25-OH vitamin D(VitD) level in the patients with type 2 dia-betes mellitus(T2MD) and the relationship between the VitD level with other metabolic indicators in T2DM patients. Methods Sixty-five outpatients and inpatients with primary T2DM(T2DM group),36 patients with impaired glucose tolerance(impaired glucose tolerance group) and meanwhile 53 age-matched healthy persons(control) were randomly screened out in our hospital from March to September 2014. The serum samples were taken for determining vitamin D,blood glucose,insulin and blood lipid. Results The VitD,2hIRI,FBG,2hPG and TG levels had statistical differences between the diabetic group and the control group (P<0.05);but the levels of IRI,TC,HDL and LDL had no statistical differences between these two groups (P>0.05);the levels of 2hIRI,FPG,2hPG and TG had statistical differences between the T2DM group and the impaired glucose tolerance group (P<0.05);the levels of VitD,2hIRI,2hPG and TG had statistical differences between the impaired glucose tolerance group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The glucose metabolism abnormality occurrence in the patients with T2DM and the patients with im-paired glucose tolerance is related with the serum VitD level decrease ,moreover serum VitD is related with the in vivo lipid metabolism.关键词
