Abstract
Objective To investigate the change of peripheral blood T cell subsets before and after interferon alpha thera-py in the patients with chronic hepatitis B by using the meta-analysis. Methods The Cochrane library,EMbase,PubMed,Wan-fang digital periodical full text database ,China journal full text database ,CNKI and VIP database were retrieved from their estab-lishment to June 2015,the randomized controlled trials(RCT) conforming to the inclusion standard,cohort studies and other Meta analysis were analyzed by the RevMan 5.0 software. Results Sixteen references were included. The proportion of peripheral blood CD4+T and the ratio of CD4+T/CD8+T in the chronic hepatitis B patients group were decreased compared with the healthy group,while the proportion of CD8+T was increased,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant[95%CI (-5.57--3.06),95%CI(-0.49--0.38),95%CI(3.73-5.65),Z=6.73,15.62,9.62,P<0.01]. The proportion of peripheral blood CD4+T and the ratio of CD4+T/CD8+T after interferon alpha therapy in the response group were increased compared with the non-response group,while the proportion of CD8+T was decreased,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant[95%CI (6.52-9.52),95%CI(0.13-0.30),95%CI(-8.73--5.51),Z=9.34,5.02,8.66,P<0.01]. Conclusion The changes of the propor-tion and ratio of peripheral blood T cell subsets have the certain reference value for judging the immune state and the efficacy of an-tiviral therapy in the patients with chronic hepatitis B.关键词
