宫腔声学造影技术对宫腔疾病的诊断价值分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal sonohysterography (SHG) in uterine cavity diseases . Methods Sixty-eight patients with abnormal vaginal bleeding or infertility underwent transvaginal sonography (TVS) and SHG examinations with hysteroscopy surgery(HSC)/pathological examination as the diagnostic gold standard. Then the detection results were compared and analyzed. Results HSC and pathological biopsy diagnosed 39 cases of endometrial polyps ,21 cases of sub-mucosal uterine fibroids,5 cases of endometrial hyperplasia,2 cases of uterine cavity adhesion and 1 case of endometrial cancer;TVS diagnosed endometrial polyps in 22 cases,submucosal myoma of uterus in 11 cases,endometrial hyperplasia in 2 cases and uterine cavity adhesion in 1 case;SHG diagnosed endometrial polyps in 38 cases,submucosal myoma of uterus in 20 cases, endometrial hyperplasia in 4 cases and uterine cavity adhesion in 2 cases. The diagnosis accordance rate of TVS for uterine cavity diseases was 52.94%(36/68) and which of SHG was 94.12%(64/68),the difference between the two methods was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The SHG examination can obviously improve the display rate of uterine cavity lesions,is an effective method for diagnosing uterine cavity diseases ,also has an important guiding significance for selecting the clinical treat-ment mode of uterine cavity diseases,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
