基于层次分析的襄阳市水安全评价研究
Water Security Evaluation in Xiangyang Based on AHP

Abstract
Through analyzing the present situation and the influencing factors of water security in Xiangyang, water security evaluation index system in Xiangyang was constructed from aspects of the society, the economy and the ecological environment. According to domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the definition of urban water security standards, scope and historic data of a city’s development, the weight of water security evaluation index system was determined withAHP. Water security status from 2009 to 2014 in Xiangyang was evaluated. The results showed that the water security status of Xiangyang was between safe and unsafe, and the comprehensive evaluation index of water security is between 0.28-0.63, and the ranges of variation of water security were large from 2009 to 2014. Precipitation, sewage discharge, industrial and agricultural water consumption and other indicators deeply influenced the water security situation in Xiangyang. Finally, measures and suggestions were put forward to solve the problems of water security in Xiangyang.关键词
